  2. Judges will be encouraged to cut-off participants at the given time.

Preliminary Round – “Getting to 12 teams”

  1. In this round, all registered teams will compete against a pool of teams, which will be randomly assigned.
  2. Judges will evaluate all teams within a particular pool for the sake of consistency within the pool.
  3. The top two (2) teams in each pool will advance to the Semifinals.

Semifinal Round – “Getting to 3 teams”

  1. Event organizers will seed the top twelve (12) teams across three (3) Pools, such that two (2) teams from each original pool may make it to the Finals.
  2. Judges will only evaluate one (1) pool for the sake of consistency.
  3. The top team in each pool will advance to the Finals and will receive a brief case addendum that provides an updated scenario for the Finals. Therefore, finalists will be able to leverage their existing presentation, but will have to alter it based on the new events in the case addendum for the Finals.

Final Round
